Course Content:

Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this module, participants will be able to:
- Identify respiratory hazards and explain the role of SCBA in emergency response.
- Inspect, maintain, and correctly use SCBA equipment.
- Perform safe donning and doffing procedures under time pressure.
- Respond effectively to respiratory arrest situations, including CPR and casualty management.
- Document SCBA usage and post-incident actions for compliance and improvement.
Assessment Method:
- Written Assessment: Multiple-choice and short-answer questions on SCBA operation and respiratory emergency protocols.
- Practical Assessment: Hands-on SCBA donning/doffing and respiratory arrest response drills.
- Continuous Assessment: Participation in group discussions and scenario-based exercises.
