This training course is aimed at the following:
- Emergency Response Team members involved in search and rescue operations.
- Health & Safety Officers and Emergency Coordinators.
- Supervisors and managers responsible for emergency planning and evacuation.
- Anyone tasked with locating missing persons during workplace emergencies.
Pre-requisites for joining this course: Completed Mod1 and Mod 2, CFS Low/Med/High/Rescue, WAH.

- Post Search Procedures
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this module, participants will be able to:
- Plan and execute systematic search procedures in various environments.
- Apply risk assessment principles during search operations.
- Use appropriate equipment and PPE for hot, cold, and dark conditions.
- Communicate effectively and maintain team coordination during searches.
- Document search activities and contribute to post-incident reviews.
Assessment Method:
- Written Assessment: Multiple-choice and short-answer questions on search principles and safety protocols.
- Practical Assessment: Participation in simulated search exercises under different environmental conditions.
- Continuous Assessment: Engagement in group discussions and scenario-based drills.
