Pre-requisites for joining this course: Completed Mod1 or Mod2, Previous competency,

- Risk Assessment & Scene Safety
- Rescue Techniques & Procedures
- Specialised Equipment & PPE
- Communication & Coordination
- Post Rescue Actions
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this module, participants will be able to:
- Identify water and flood hazards and apply risk assessment principles.
- Select and use appropriate rescue techniques and equipment.
- Execute safe water and flood rescue operations.
- Communicate effectively and coordinate with emergency services.
- Document rescue activities and apply continuous improvement measures.
Assessment Method:
- Written Assessment: Multiple-choice and short-answer questions on water rescue principles.
- Practical Assessment: Hands-on rescue drills in controlled scenarios.
- Continuous Assessment: Participation in group discussions and scenario-based exercises.
