Aims:
The NEBOSH Diploma in Environment Management is designed to help the delegate develop & implement high effective environmental risk management within an organisation. This course is delivered by NEBOSH accredited provider health & safety services.
Course Content:
NEBOSH courses are delivered in association with Health and Safety Services who are the NEBOSH accredited course provider
The NEBOSH Diploma in Environmental Management syllabus covers the main parts of European Union legislation for environmental protection, energy efficiency and management and control of environmental risk, including:
-Waste Management
-Effects of hazardous substances
-Control of pollution
The qualification is divided into 2 units: Unit ED:Management of environmental risk & Unit ED2 Application of environmental risk theory and practice
Unit ED1:

4. Monitoring, review and audit
5. Development in environmental legislation
6. Environmental legislative framework and methods of enforcement
7. Public Access to environmental information
8. Civil liability in relation to environmental pollution

10. Gaseous and particulate releases to atmosphere
11. Water resources management
12. Control of environmental nuisance
13. Hazardous substances
