Aims:

This course is ideal for anyone looking to take on a supervisory role within the construction industry.

The SSSTS course will provide you with the skills to:

*Identify problem areas found within construction industries
*Understand and appreciate proactive and reactive monitoring
*How to conduct a risk assessment and recognise the importance of method statements
*Have an understanding of the way the health and safety laws are structured
*Learn the skills needed to perform on site inductions, method statement briefs and toolbox talks

Course Content:

This SSSTS course is delivered through a live remote platform such as zoom. Those who pass the SSSTS course successfully will receive the SSSTS card, which is valid for 5 years.

Refresher detail
Candidates will be required to complete a one-day CITB Site Supervisor Refresher course every five years to renew their qualification.

Site Supervisor Course online delegates will be required to show original photographic identification via video link.

This CITB SSSTS course online will be remotely delivered by a tutor in a virtual online classroom and delegates must have access to a suitable PC, laptop or tablet with a robust high-speed internet connection sufficient to cope with online delivery. Delegates will also need a suitably sized, quiet room where they can carry out the course without interruption
