- Supervisors and managers responsible for emergency planning.
- Anyone involved in crisis communication or emergency liaison roles.
Pre-requisites for joining this course: Completed Mod1 and Mod 2.

Learning Outcomes:

- Explain the role of effective communication in emergency response.
- Apply communication protocols and maintain chain of command.
- Use appropriate tools and technology for emergency communication.
- Deliver clear, accurate, and timely messages under pressure.
- Document and review communication processes for continuous improvement.
Assessment Method:
- Written Assessment: Short-answer and scenario-based questions on communication protocols.
- Practical Assessment: Participation in a simulated emergency communication drill. (Radios)
- Continuous Assessment: Engagement in group discussions and role-play exercises.
