This module provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to communicate effectively during emergency situations. It covers communication protocols, tools, and techniques for internal team coordination and external liaison with emergency services and stakeholders. The course emphasises clarity, accuracy, and speed in high-pressure environments to ensure successful emergency management.

Pre-requisites for joining this course: Completed Mod1 and Mod 2.

Assessment Method:

Written Assessment: Short-answer and scenario-based questions on communication protocols.
Practical Assessment: Participation in a simulated emergency communication drill. (Radios)
Continuous Assessment: Engagement in group discussions and role-play exercises.
